Booking Policy
Payments are required in advance to reserve your appointment time slot.

Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations within that time will and no shows will be charged at full price.

Refund Policy
Full refund will be provided for services cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. Appointments can be rescheduled with no charge with more than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours and will incur the full cost of appointment.

Our biggest priority is making sure you are happy with your appointments and the service you received. If you have any concerns please let us know and management will be more than happy to help.

No Show Policy
If you do not show up to your appointment with no notice, this will be considered a no show. In this instance, you will forfeit the cost of the appointment as you failed to give us 24 hours notice.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. It is the responsibility of the gift card holder to keep track of gift card expiry date.

Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost of stolen. Gift vouchers can be transferred to other services for equal cost price.

Monthly Memberships
Our monthly memberships are on an ongoing direct debit plan. There is a minimum term of 3 months due to the low price of our memberships. Early cancellation will still require the first 3 months payment. After the first 3 months you can cancel at any time, we just require 30 days written notice.Written notice can be sent to There will still be one more monthly fee in the 30 days notice period. All treatments need to be used within 12 months of cancelling the membership.

A dishonor fee of $9.95 will be charged for invalid or insufficient funds on monthly membership debits. Accrued appointments cannot be used until all outstanding fees have been paid.

Membership Suspensions 

Monthly members enjoy the special privilege of being able to suspend their accounts for free and up to two times per year for up to one month duration each. A suspension notice needs to be given in writing via email at , and we required 7 days notice to process this suspension. Additional suspension can be requested at $15 per month. During the suspension period, members may continue accessing any accrued sessions, but will need to reactivate their membership to take advantage of the discounted membership rate.
